Terms and conditions

1. Scope

 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Sofie Mathes, Sofie Found the Rabbithole. They apply to contracts with both consumers and businesses, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Conclusion of Contract

 

By placing an order in the online shop, you submit a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract. The acceptance of the offer takes place through an order confirmation sent via email.

 

 

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

 

All prices are in Euro (€) and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are added separately and clearly shown during the checkout process.

 

 

5. Payment

 

The following payment methods are available:

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

 

 

6. Delivery

 

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by you. Delivery within Austria usually takes up to 7 business days, unless otherwise agreed.

 

 

7. Retention of Title

 

The goods remain my property until full payment has been received.

 

 

8. Right of Withdrawal

 

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

 

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you – or a third party named by you who is not the carrier – take(s) physical possession of the goods.

via a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

 

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

 

If you withdraw from the contract, I will refund all payments received from you – including delivery costs (except any extra costs resulting from a delivery method other than the standard one offered) – without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day I am informed of your decision.

 

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

 

I may withhold the refund until I have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever comes first.

Returns must be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing me of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

 

 

9. Warranty

10. Liability

 

I am only liable for damages in cases of intent or gross negligence.

 

 

11. Dispute Resolution

12. Final Provisions

 

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, the remaining parts of the contract remain valid.
